Solare Enterprises, LLC does not share any customer information (i.e. name, phone number and email address) outside the company except when necessary to ship your purchase(s) or to complete credit card transactions.


All merchandise comes with a manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims, please follow the instructions included with the product. When your merchandise arrives, please save your paperwork for future reference.

Items returned to Solare Enterprises, LLC may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. A restocking fee will NOT apply if the item arrives to you defective, or we send you an item you did not order. A restocking fee WILL apply if after you receive your shipment, you discover you ordered the wrong item.


We use FedEx almost exclusively for shipping, although there are some exceptions.

Our FREE shipping on all purchases applies to destinations in the Continental U.S. only. However, we do ship to all 50 states and Canada. If a shipment is to be sent to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, the appropriate shipping charges will be added to your order. At this time we charge a flat rate of $20 for shipments outside the continental U.S.

Tracking numbers are provided upon request.

Special Delivery Instructions/Comments

Solare Enterprises, LLC will not be responsible for items left on your doorstep by the carrier. If you are uncomfortable about items left at your door, please indicate "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in the comments section when checking out. Include any other delivery instructions in the comments box.
